Verifying the Name on Your Account
Verification proves that the wallet sending money and the wallet receiving it belong to the same person, which matters most if your phone goes missing. You upload one photo of your National ID or passport, plus a bKash, Nagad or Rocket statement showing your name and number. We compare those details with your profile and with the payment you submitted. Nothing is
passed to other account holders. If a photo is blurred or a name is spelled differently, we ask for a clearer copy rather than closing the case.
- Open the verification panel — Go to account settings on mobile or desktop and open the verification panel. The checklist there shows exactly which items you still owe us.
- Send a readable ID photo — Photograph both sides of your National ID or the photo page of your passport in daylight, with all four corners sitting inside the frame.
- Line up your wallet name — Add a bKash, Nagad or Rocket statement that shows your name and number, so the name we hold matches the rail you pay from.
- Get the verified mark — We check the files and mark your profile verified, then message you inside your account. From that point the withdrawal gate opens.
